HarbourWatch
Address
2 Murray St, Sydney NSW 2009
Set within the Australian National Maritime Museum, HarbourWatch responds directly to its waterfront setting. The design takes cues from working harbours and coastal pavilions, pairing durable materials with a softer, more considered scale for dining.
Timber, stone and tiled surfaces are arranged with a clear rhythm, aligned to the architecture to create cohesion and clarity. Detailing is purposeful rather than decorative - from resolved joinery to the integration of services - ensuring the space is consistent, functional and built to last.
The result is a dining room that feels grounded in its setting yet distinctly refined - confident, resolved and designed for longevity rather than moment.
