New York
NYC GUIDE: THE CITY THAT FEEDS MY IDEAS
New York is the one place I come back to every year. It’s loud, layered, constantly shifting - and somehow still familiar. I’m not sure if it’s the buildings, the pace, or the people-watching from a park bench - but this city has a way of topping up my creative tank like nowhere else.
While no project of mine is technically based here [yet], you’ll find little traces of NYC in so much of what I design. A colour I spotted in an old diner booth. A corner bodega that made me rethink the layout. A restaurant that nails the mood, not just the menu. It’s all part of the palette.
Here’s a loose guide to the places I always return to - or seek out fresh - every time I’m in the city.
